My name is Chita and this is my journal to record my experience (and experiment) in cooking world. There are some recipes if you dare to try it, some failures I record so that you won't have to experience it, some reviews on restaurants and food and some random info about anything related to food.

Just so you know, I have zero experience in this cooking business and when I'm not cooking and blogging, I'm teaching English as a second language. So don't expect to see some neat posts and cool pictures, but if you want a friend to share the disasters happen in your kitchen, I'm here.
